You must have an educational membership to post your event on our page. This membership fee can be waived for non-profit events; please email us directly about how we can work together. We track the number of hits to each event listing and on average your events page will receive around 3000 views while listed on our website.
If you are and educational member of United Plant Savers, please send us the following information:
- a brief description of your event
- your web address
- and one image to be posted along with your event, such as a logo or an ad about your event

Many herbal conferences choose to offer a discount to the membership of United Plant Savers, if you would like to do so we will send out a mass email to our membership with your discount code for registration.
Several herbal conferences have chosen to donate proceeds from their event to support the mission of medicinal plant conservation, we certainly welcome this needed support and are happy to promote the generosity of your hard work through our newsletters and annual journal. Supporting United Plant Savers is giving to the only non-profit with the sole mission of native medicinal plant conservation. Others ways to support UpS that have little cost but goes along way is to run our logo/ad for membership in conference materials, offer free table space for UpS materials along with free admission for a UpS member to be present to answer question and sign up new members.
Please consider how your event can help share the mission of United Plant Savers! With out actively protecting the plants how do we make the medicine!
United Plant Savers is a small non-profit with a big task that operates primarily on the support of its membership, your event can help us reach new members and keep the mission and the work of UpS alive.
