Chestnut Herb Nursery Internship

Description of the Internship:
The Nursery work includes specialized germination techniques,
transplanting, foliar feeding with organic fertilizers, greenhouse
management, cuttings, divisions, and early mornings going to market
every Saturday during April and May. Working with the public, talking
about and selling plants, every Saturday and sometimes Sunday in the
Spring. Tending to the perennial and annual medicinal herb beds, with
weeding, mulching, spreading manure, etc. Harvesting medicinal herbs and
tincture making. The nursery intern will also help manage/guide other
part time apprentices/interns. 40 hours week plus longer weeks in April/May
